no, 68k on clock, needs cambelt + aux belt + 72k service, front bumper is cracked, rear right bumper is scuffed. Light key scratch in LH quarter panel. Rear discs are shot, exhaust is nearly gone too.

Prob worth no more than £4800 when all that right, so saved the cash & got a car for the price to carry the work out.

£7k for a 182, thats mental....

Prices have gone through the floor. I got my 182 (05 plate) just over 1 month ago and paid £6k which was about right at the time. 182's are struggling to get £5k now.

should have PM'd me like i said in your other thread would have given you 4k + for it.

Posted up ages ago that i wanted rid, no interest. So i chopped it in.

Wanted it gone, as daily driving it was worried about cambelt going etc as being so close and people having them go on here.

In the end, i started taking the bike to work.

So glad mine sold when it did, cos it'd be worth about £800 less now!! There's someone on here selling a 54 RB 182 for £5,000 and it ain't gone!!

These cars are worth f00k all now it seems!!! :dapprove:

Its a great time to buy one but not to sell. there is so much choice about that you can afford to be very picky with them. Me and a mate looked at a phase two 172 yesterday it was on ebay the guy wanted £3500 for it. he ended up winning it himself for £1800. He rang us back later and we offered him £2500 but he wouldn't take it. it looks like he'll be stuck with it a long time lol

prices are shocking for clio's it wasnt that long ago that 3k for a ph1 was a good price, now a decent mk2 172 can be had for that no problems.

Doesnt seem that long ago that 182s were up at 7k, now there 4k or less(!)

13k mile trophy went on ebay for 6.5k.

People are getting scared and selling the car for whatever they can get!! If you had 20k spare you would have an immense collection of cars now tbh

Jesus. I hope it was mintier than when it left Reno for that price? Even 6 months ago, the prices were nose-diving. Unless my black gold 182 had about 5 miles on the clock, I'd expect people to laugh in my face if I put it up for sale anywhere near £7k.

7,200 is a fair price if it was 05 on low mileage but slightly on the steep side. Decent 182's are still 5k minimum. I paid 8700 for an 04 plate in 2006. So i think inspite of the dip, prices are still decent.
