My Project (Pic heavy)

got the clio a few months ago started from the ground up bit of slow progress

how it all started :

then got alloys on and rs grille and painted my badges satin black:

painted the interior strips :

next thing that was needed was lowering apex shocks and springs 60mm:

once it had settled

then dewiperd the rear window

thats how it stands just now
also bought a second hand carbon bonnet but needs refurbed

Plans:
have omp strut braces front and rear on order
also have big brake kit from ktec waiting to be deliverd
once the brakes are on will be painting the drums black and calipers yellow
also got meggy spliter waiting to go on
going to tint rear windows
bit of smoothing and debaging also but will update on that closer to the time
looking for a pipercross viper induction kit for it aswell
powerflow exhaust some time soon
and alot of other odds and ends subtle boot build etc

Well another update on the clio this time its brakes

Yes calipers will be geting painted (yellow)

also got a set of tailor made car mats:

And a sticker to make me go faster:

And a cupple of other pics:

Things on the todo list in no particular order..
Alpine headunit going in
carbon bonnet relaqured and fitted
paint drums black and calipers yellow
few other bits and bobs along the way

thinking about not tinting them cost etc and the ned factor also

as for lower i like the hight at the back but a bit to high at the front.

maybe colies on the front?

handles really well in the corners as is and dont want to fcuk up the driveability

Well got a slight problem with top mounts:

ah why not upgrade its only money will be good to have them when in the future if stick a 2ltr in it

Also got nut covers i think they look sweet just need to paint calipers yellow and paint centre caps black:

also got a blanking plate for were the wiper blade should be :

waiting for the comments why spend the money on a 1.2 well - why spend any money on any car ? when insurance allows will be droping a 2ltr in

Solid top mounts are now fitted ****ing awsome bit of kit got strutbraces front and back on and headunit in

recomend the top mounts highly had mates out in car and they couldnt beleve it all i can say is there awsome

think i payed about 250 - 300 cant remember lol you feel the bumps but it corners like a housefly

iv yet to fit mine as i need 16" wheels,

there awsome really impressed and so is everyone i have out in car best mod i have i would say, upgrade your brake fluid to dot 4 thats what im using and i will be geting braded hoses in the new year

they should fit if u have 15s there not that big not tryed my standard alloys over them yet

Dont you mean Dot 5.1

nah mate im only running dot 4 its fine for me as its not used on track just ocational back road driving - as advised by ktec
