No 1 is on the road and I will be autosoloing it tomorrow at Bordon (hampshire). (for those who dont know autosolo check this link http://www.farnboroughdmc.org.uk/autosolos.php for info and videos.)
Feel free to pop down tomorrow, spectating is free, and you can even join in marshalling if you want to get closer to the the action.

No2 will be up for sale soon too!

  Maybe a 172 Cup..
Liking number 1 mate. Number 2 looks a bit unloved in comparison........ need shut of those wheels on 2 as well IMO

I'm liking the grey standards, i've got an iceburg 172 and unfortunatly my trashed alloys couldn't carry that colour off
with all their chips dents and scrapes, you're making me want to refurb them in that colour now,
god I wish I earned more money. lol

To be fair, No2 has done a few more miles and it does show, even ignoring the god awfull wheels.
I now have a spare set of standard silver alloys so could refurb them as well. But seeing as its being sold soon im not sure I can be bothered!

I did the refurb for about £20-30, a flap wheel to out all the bad kerb rash, a bit of sanding down, 3 cans of Ford Graphite grey from ebay, some clear laquer and bish bash bosh, not the best finsish up close (2nd coat of laquer reacted) but look great and much better than the badly kerbed silver ones that they were!.
