My Sky is fecked...

Had a night off from training to watch the Arsenal match and just chill out but none fo the Sky channels are working. I've left it on 402 for the last 45 minutes but al i get is either a 'no signal is being received' or 'there is a technical fault with this channel' message. Also tried switching on and off and removing/cleaning the card with no luck

We had this problem a couple of months back, an engineer came out for the princely sum of £65 and did some stuff and all was well for a couple of months, now it's fucked again.

Probably gonna cancel sky now but if not, what can i say to them to get some free stuff out of them?

I had that problem on my old box - I turned it off for a min then turned it on holding down the cancel butto on the box - did a download and worked from then on

If you get a selected number of channels, like bbc1 2 etc, and some channels for example 998 the demo channel says no sat signal, then its the box 99.9% of the time.

Maybe i should charge £50 and try and start up my own business after getting shafted by Sly today lol

My old man's pissed me off because he's too sacklees to ring them up and complain, yet wont tell me his passwords!

you don't need the password!! just confirm your full address, and telephone number...

thats how engineers do it when they ring engineer enquiries
