That's true, the colour is nice. Just the sticker ruins it for me tbh, if you talk to Ady on here he'll sort you out with an airbag sticker the right size and font for like £2.50

So its been a while since i updated anything, havent really got anything added to the car.
Done recently
- Respyared my diamonds in 'Rover stone grey' Basically anthracite.
- Got a smaller 'air bag' decal for the dash strip.
- Alcantara covered handbrake cover and A pillars.
- replaced splitter with skoda splitter
Want
- Cup spoiler
- 172 rear bumper
- colour coded front bumper inserts
- lowered 40mm
- Anthracite bullets
- flocked upper and lower dash
So yesterday my car wouldnt start either so i spent today trying to fixx that and i did! Loose connection on the starter motor, got it taped up and have a stronger connection.
So here are a few pics of the splitter being done.
Bumper off, after a fight!
Old splitter off!
Gave the bay a clean (where the bumper goes)
New splitter on!
I know its upside down but you get the idea, hahaha!
Also the alcantara bits for anyone interested!

So i went to the scrappy and picked up a new fuse box lid, cover for headlight (rubber bit), air filter housing, air filter hose and drivers rubber door seal. All this for just £5, BARGAIN
So today i changed the door seal.

Plans for the above pieces, spray all the plastics gloss black, IMO it will make the 'bay' look nicer and cleaner.

So yesterday on the 20th I went out to Ali-ham's house and picked up a 172 kit (Front bumper, wings & skirts) All in unreal condition too. Had a bit of trouble finding the house and leaving the house
Today on the 21st I received my rear 172 bumper from NickMelson, also in unreal condition. Parcel Force made it a bit of a carfuffle to get, not delivering it, left them a not saying to leave it at post office, they leave a note saying too big for post office (In my eyes they just said they couldnt be bothered) so my brother had to pick it up from their depot in belfast.
Well i got them all washed, rear insert out, fog surrounds out and lower grill out and ready for spraying black! Take away the grey-ish it has to them.
Also got my sprayed airfilter housing in, sprayed fuse box cover in and the sprayed cold air feed in.
So i hope to get all the parts put on the car by sunday. Ill have plenty of pictures put up then.

172 bumper, same colour and all, no cut outs either - perfect!
So heres the pictures.
Taking the tyres off for the old to be removed, just found this easier with them off.
New one on! Such an improvement imo!!!
Still have the front bumper, wings and skirts to fit, didnt do it today because i need the front arch liners - yes im fussy!
Well, heres the pictures of the engine bay and the wee bits that i done.
Not a masterpiece but its the little bits that matter isnt it?
Then gave the car a clean as it just wasnt right, whole car dirty, bumper clean.
Excuse the bonnet, had vice grips inside holding a nut on.
I know i need spacers, time will let me get them!
Also rear bumper insert is out as im spraying it, same goes for the bullets!

Thanks mate! I did, I've done all of the spraying myself. Just from the rattle can, nothing amazing ill admit.
So today I got my sticker in the post (Renault F1 Team) and put it on my battery cover that me and Markkkk95 made. Cost around £10 to make in total.
Overall pretty pleased with it.
Excuse the rust in my engine bay 10 years is not good for rust.

Try make one yourself! Well, bending is the hard part, i got my brother to do it in school. But other than that its about a tenner for a sheet of aluminium then cut, bend, drill, spray. Job done
So today i got a couple of wee goodies in the post
Got myself some new washer jets (the 'Mist' type)
And also got some new fog light bulbs!
So, here we are... Old style jet:

Personally i think they are a massive improvement for just £5, honestly. Its so easy to change too, pull the pipe off, push the jet out, push new one in, connect the pipe and thats it!!!
Now the bulbs, I got these fog lights with the 172 front bumper i bought, to be fitted on saturday, so found a good opportunity to get some new bulbs
