Aha, I've got the 2nd gen iPod touch (piece of poo).
Lost count of how many times I've dropped it, hasn't smashed yet, but the metal back it dented all over aahaha

So at the weekend i finally got around to fitting the new sport bumper and wings! Only today have i got the skirts on which are currently being held up with masking tape.
So, ill let the pictures do the talking
Started like this, I sprayed the grill and fog surrounds from the greyish like colour to gloss black.
I wasted no time in getting stuck in, left wing off and bumper off. The dirt behind the wing was horrible so a clean was needed.
I may add, getting this off was not easy, so many bolts everywhere.
So yeah, pretty horrible, now for some clean ones!
Now for the right hand side, this took me even longer to get off, so fiddly with bolts, the one beside the wiper was the hardest, if you plan to do this you wil need a full day!
Now for some cleans too!
Now all fitted!!
Before you all say spacers are needed, i know, on the look out for some 15mm for back and 20/25 for front.

Both of them sprayed in 'Rover Stone Gray' looks bascially like anthractie.
Now, this has been on my car since purchase so it was about time it was off.

I'd kill to get a Ph1 172 kit for mine but the cost of respraying is off putting. With the whole set, there's nearly be less to respray the car to the kits colour!

how did you get the billabong sticker off? heat it up and ease it off? i may take mine off not sure.

Getting a wing of in volves having the front bumper off, pretty difficult if you are not prepared. But its just a matter of looking for all the bolts and nuts. The sticker is easy, just use a hairdryer to heat it and peel it off.

Well there's bolts under the arches, in the bonnet, below the lights, behind the doors. If you start to take it off you'll find them all as you go.

Just use a hair dryer mate, heat it up and peel it off slowly. Done!

Jammy. very jammy. I'll probably just colour-code my bumpers as the added insurance would probably be an ache! how did it affect yours?
Never said anything. I just plan on not crashing! Plus, in my eyes, they are Renault parts so.... I don't see the need

Can't risk it IMO. No one plans on having a crash, but these things happen!

Have you just bonded your skirts on mate? I was just going to get a body shop to rivet mine on.
Ive screwed them onto the sills at the bottom and used silicon along the top, the masking tape held it there for a couple of days while it dried

Personnaly i think it gives a far better stance at the rear.

So its nearly been a month since i last updated anything so here i go again with a wee update.
No before pictures for these but if you look back in my thread im sure you will see any befores.
If this is your first time reading my thread, please read it all and comment with feedback! All is welcome.
So, I made my rep and made it a bit more by getting these 'Renault Sport' door sills.
Cant really see them but you get the idea behind it.
Next up the screws that hold in the spoiler from the boot lid were complete rust, so, off they came, sand back, spray pearl black! Happy with the results.
Its all about the little details
I also decided to spray my interior door handles, this has been on hold for around a month or so. So here is the finished product.
Also sprayed the screws as they were white-ish.
Door pulls are in the process of being done pearl black to match!
Also got more alcantara parts! Home produced from my brother!
So thats all i have to show! Ill update when more happens.
Heres a couple of the car at the moment.

Torn between getting a sport interior and getting a set of buckets in the front. Sport interiors just so rarely seem to come up for sale over here!

If you use it as an everyday daily then deffo just normal seats. Apparently buckets hurt after some time. I know a guy selling bits but not the full interior, hes out in the magherafelt direction, i think! I got my sport kit off of him
I need 30mm spacers to attempt to fill my arch I have used self tappers along the bottom of the sill and where the top meets the car I used silicon!How have you stuck those sills on? Mine keep falling off
That's for the skirts. Don't know of you mean the 'Renault sport' sills on the inside of the door. If its those I just took off all the sticky stuff with a hairdryer and used silicon to hold down the new one.How have you stuck those sills on? Mine keep falling off

yeah lol. my bad i was tired. ive tried mastic (dads a plumbing engineer and its like god sent to serve every purpose) but it just fell off. ill see if i can get anything better
