Mysterious electrical whine.....

Hello all,

Any thoughts much appreciated!

Just put the engine back in the car and connected everything up.

But, as soon as I connect the battery, what sounds like an electric motor starts up. This is before the ignition is turned on. It sounds like it's coming from the back of the engine bay. It's not the fan, heater fan, washer motor and I'm running out of ideas. After a search on here I found a suggestion that it might be the throttle butterfly motor. Has anyone had this issue? Anyone got any ideas?

Standard feature. It's not broken.

It's not the throttle body. Definately an electric motor spinning. I've taken a video in case anyone has any ideas?
