N/s window regulator plastic clip broken

Went to put the window up today, it went very slow and then heard a breaking noise in the door.

ive stripped the door down and seen that the cream/pale yellow plastic clip that fits on the bottom edge of the window and fixed to the vertical guide has snapped and the wire cable is now all loose.

any suggestions as to how to replace this?

You'll probably need a new regulator, ebay jobbie for £20-30 but make sure it's the same as the one you have as PH1 and PH2 are different, but it's easy to tell the difference.

Its a piece of piss, just slightly fiddly!

The black sealant holding the plastic to the door is the biggest pain in the hoop about it!

Looks like it's a fiddly job rather than a hard or expensive one at least.

Done this a couple of times on customers cars, Phase 1 and 2. Not that hard at all.
