N95 updating Q.

It says I have the latest firmware, but surely its not as version 12 is out isnt it?

what network are you on? it might be a case of having to change your product code to a generic one. some networks take a while to approve/tailor the update to their own settings etc. a generic code will bypass the bolocks, and get you the lastest software.

i just read on a site that v.20 is released to all codes now so you shouldnt have to change it. Might be wrong though....

just changed prod code with nss, updated to v.20. happy bunny!! apart from having to tune the f**king thing to how i like it grr

Am i being thick? How do I change it via the nss? and change it to what product key?

This is the product code you will have to change it to (0536062 EURO1 - Plumb)

NSS is a piece of software you need to download here and this is the video to guide you through it here.
