Seller : E_Cell

Paid a rather large amount for a phone, expecting it to be delivered in the 3 days stated. 7 days later no phone. so i checks his feed back. every phone he has sold ( over 9,000 transactions ) has had some problem.

so worryingly i opened a paypal claim, and in due course i got a refund ( still waiting on temp hold to clear )

but

the next morning i have recieved an unpaid item reminder, then a strike. dissabling my much loved ebay account. this pissing me off somewhat as the seller was trying to claim his fees back i ring ebay. telling me to include dates, times, transaction ref numbers the lot in the entry boxes.

seller then closed all communication and escalated to a claim. i had to ring ebay and express my distaste as they let this happen, knowing i HAD already recived a refund ( a refunded icon appeared nes to the payment one )

any way after a few mins on the phone to ebay this morning the strikes has been removed by them. . .

but i dont think they will be doing any thing to the seller so i thought i would make you lot aware of his user name.

what experience's have other gone through ??

It's a good idea to do this before you bid

yep always check feedback first, or all his recent comments left for him

Feedback was read ........ 3 pages of positive (which i consider more then recent )....... then thought fine.....only when i got to the 5th page after the initial concern did i see that only phones had problems.

hey_ladys i probly would have no problem buying case's, cheap stuff n the like but expensive phones just dont seem to be do'able from him.

This thread was meant to make awarness to people, am guessing richard you read all your sellers feedback....even if thousands...cocky c**t..
