Need a good Renault Specialist - North East

Hi All,

I've actually got a Megane (R26) but the forum isn't overly great, and figured this was as good a place as any to ask..

I need my belts changed and don't really want to let Renault at it (especially with their eye watering prices). Ideally I'd also like someone who knows these cars so they can have a look over it in general too.

I'm just north of Newcastle, can travel anywhere sensible really for the right person (and price!).

Any recommendations much appreciated

Isn't dtm cars close to yourself? Mr AndyRg works there and is a very well known within the community, pretty certain they have a sub section on here.

Yep use Andy at DTM cars. My Clio will never go to anyone else while I own it, top blokes.

RSTuning is the place I'd recommend for meganes. (Nothing against Andy or DTM, I've only got experience of RSTuning)

Your putting words in my mouth.... Renault owners travel the length of the country to have RS Tuning look at their cars.. 6,000 facebook likes for a reason.. Also when you come to sell it looks good in the service history. . As stated just IMO..

I had the mapping done at RS Tuning, but 240 miles for a service just seems mad.
