need help asap fitting carbon fibre door cards stuck!!!

hi there basically in the middle of fitting my 172 cf door cards so doing all the wiring part first, basically i asumed you had to split the rubber bit between the door and car where the wires travelk through and then put the wires for the electric windows etc through the same hole then secure them in place on dash

however just relised that its such a tight fit the rubber seal that you cant put the wires back through with the seal do you have to drill new holes of something and seal them really confused please if there a guide to this help thanks!!!!??
