Right, i go on the internet at work everyday... places like cliosport, ebay and the likes.

My work have decided to put up a internet monitor on the server, and obviously this is pretty shitty... is there anyway i can stop this from scanning my computer, or "BLOCK" it?

P.S. i deal with all the I.T work at work, help people with their computers and stuff, and i use the server everyday, but apparently when the bloke came to install the server he put it on there... i had al look through the start menu, and programs and couldn't find it...?

P.S he works for dell, and the computers are all on XP (dell computers)

Find out what they are using to monitor it.

And if you have access to the server (if you are the IT guy) just clear the logs of the websites you don't want them to see.

Ahh the joys of being the monitor :)

Might have set your pc to look at an internal proxy, with monitoring software installed on it.

Have a look at the following in IE: Tools >> Internet Options >> Connections >> Lan Settings >> if the bottom bit "proxy server" is ticked and has an address of a server, just unclick the box.
