need help on getting around on my first mac...

ive never used a mac before and ive just got a macbook last night. Im getting by slowly and im wondering if there is a site that tells me how to do things that i found second nature on a pc?

1.for example deleting programs ive downloaded and then finding out i dont need from the hard drive and also the icon on the desktop?

2.making the safari window full screen?

3.not saving my previous web history so when i start typing something in the search bar it brings up the sites ive been on before?

also is there any sites where you can get ilife 08 and leopard cheap?

1) Select program, Apple+Backspace to send to trash. Job done.

2) Don't think you can. Try google.

3) Not sure, not in front of a mac at the moment. Safari has a pr0n browsing mode anyway. From the safari mode select "Private Browsing", won't store anything from that point on until you either turn it off or restart safari.
