hi all hope you are all getting this lovely sun like me down hear in gloucestershire ok just need some info on ride hight for std set up 172 phase 1 i look at my car and it sits realy high ?? anyone who has a phase 1 that can measuer the distence form road to top of the arch with std springs on and let me know the hight and the other thing is when im driveing my phase 1 feels very twichy like every bump i hit it feels like the back end wants to say hello to the front ???? is that the rear beam bushes f**ked ?????

They are high as standard, id say most by now have been lowered. The back shouldnt be twitchy though, chances are its a worn shock absorber. You can check for play in the bushes with a crowbar.
