Looks like a hint of burgundy in it, although I realise that colours change with the light etc.

Well its very similar to my falme red 172. It could be that or im sure ive heard of a mars red (maybe just for v6). Hmm, what a beast!! Looking at it agin im convinced its flame red!!!

Jas your bang on, Mars red, this is one of the original V6 colours as well. Disagree about the side vents though!! I think they look naff, cheep and nasty. But its all down to personal taste.

Steve, I saw both the red and blue v6s at Brands. The silver pods look a bit wrong on the red, but in the flesh I quite liked them on the blue. It would be nice to see one with them painted, to compare.

Yeah people are making judgements without actually seeing the cars me thinks, i saw the red one at brands and the blue one at the motorshow, both looked good. Does kinda look like pink in that photo though...
