New Clio pics in auto express magazine

And I must say the car looks soooo bad it almost made me cry. Only thing I like is the fact that the new Clio sport will have 2 engine sizes, one 175 bhp 2 litre and a 200bhp 2litre turbo from the megane sport, finally a turbod Clio! Dump valve anyone?

Plus the usual engine sizes, 1.2, 1.2 16v, 1.4 16v, 1.6 16v and the 1.5dci with 100bhp as standard that thing will fly!

Didn’t buy the magazine just skimmed through it this afternoon while on my lunch break, the Clio is on the front page and has a 2 page article about it.

Thats not too bad, the front could be made to look aggressive quite easily, remember its not the Renaultsport model after all! Looks quite sleek from the side i think. It may be worth deleting that picture for copyright reasons..

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING... LOOKS LIKE A SQUASHED MEGANE. I THINK THE CLIO 1, AND THE CLIO 3 (LAST 2 YEARS SHAPE) WILL REMAIN THE BEST LOOKING. AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT NEW LOOK.

Looks like a megane thats been in the crusher look at that back end defo looks like its been in a shunt! Kudos to the renault mechanics for the engine though 255 bhp should kick everyones hot hatches to the kerb. Just hope it fits my 172.

dont like it, looks bit too much like a megane, not as rancid as a micra, think they should have stayed with the clio 2 and 3 shape but a face lift, it sells,. simple as.
