New clutch rattle ~15k km old

Hey all
New clutch on my 172 ~15k km ago
Has what sounded like an exhaust rattle 5k km ago, only discovered tonight it goes away when the clutch pedal is at the biting point or all the way to the floor, anything above that it rattles like an exhaust leak

Possibly TB? Or what else? Cheers

Was the clutch release bearing changed when the clutch was fitted ? If not then it should have been, they can get very noisy and a change can be heard when going onto the pedal

Only happens when the clutch isn't pressed

Even if it is only happening when the clutch is released? Thought it might have been an input bearing

Yeah they tend to quieten down when the pedal is pressed.
