New headunit in 56 plate Clio Dynamique

Hi,

I have just bought a new headunit for my clio, a Philips CEM3000, but am having problems with fitting it; the wires won't go far enough back for the headunit to slide in, and the radio needs an adaptor, however I'm not fully sure which one...
Can anyone help?
