Ive posted pictures before of the "during" stage of development, but today i collected the car with the finished system on it. A lot of people have PM'd me asking for details, so here goes.

Sound:
There are 2 versions of the exhaust, one with the center silencer and one without. Mine is the quiet version, with the standard cat still in place. In all honesty the system is only a fraction louder than the standard exhaust that it replaced. Motorway cruising isn't a problem, with the exhaust only audible when dropping a gear to overtake. 5th gear cruising is nice and quiet.
On the B roads when thrashing it, obviously the noise comes alive. The noise is sporty, not raspy and compliments the car well. Town driving is much the same as the standard exhaust, so no problems there.
If anyone has heard the old Janspeed 182 system, this one sounds very similar, if not a tiny bit quieter... perfect!
Quality & Fit:
A very well built system, which has been carefully made to fit my car perfectly. Ive had brand new exhaust mounts added to ensure that it will fit the same on every 182 out there. The new alloy tailpipes look much better on the car than they did when sat on the floor on their stand at FCS. I was dubious at first but they look good on the car and are definately something different to the normal stainless rolled in tips. After i get back from the Nurburgring soon, the car will be going back to make fine adjustments, based on my findings over 'bedding in' period, and to have some anodised tailpipes fitted... Anthracite wheel coloured tailpipes anyone?
