New key cost?

Hi there. can anyone tell me how much it should cost to get a new key and code it for a 2002 dynamique?

Is yours a key with immobiliser built into the key fob? Mine is and was about £120.

Got blade cut by my dad's friend for free (usually £5-10), key fob was £76 (was £90ish but they messed me about so reduced it) and £38 for getting it programmed to work the c/l (was £50 but my dad pushed them for discount cos I'm a student!) so usually about £140-150 then I'd say.

£12 for the metal key from Renault takes a few days for delivery from france.

Fob is £50 ish then suppoed to be a quarter of an hour mosr places charge 1 hour minimum though.

Go to France and buy it there! Loads cheaper! I was quoted 120 albeit for a mk2 key and fob from Renault UK. Waited until I went over the pond and paid less than half of that from Renault France
