hi i test drove a 03 172 cup yesterday was very impressed. only problem now is ive got to wait till monday to pick it up. the car has no service history and its on 64k miles so i would like to get it serviced as soon as possible. how much would it cost at a renault dealer for a cambelt and waterpump change including all pulleys ect

well done matey . a bit worrying of no history but try private for the work as the main stealer will rip you a new one .....:butt: .

there are several good recommendable companies on here .....dependant on your area .

There is another place 149 miles away in the other direction but I wouldn't reccomend em now...
My mate Tim from cardiff used to go to rentech and always had a good experience.
Problem with these cars is dealer prices are stupid, they need a specialist to get the job done correctly or you could be forking out a hell of a lot more money if it goes wrong. Dont trust any garage thats not changed a cam belt on one of these, they need special tools as well.
