New RenaultSport model

I asked my mate who works for Renault UK last night and he said hed find out.

Heres his reply "

News just in.

The new Renaultsport car will be a Megane, and badged as the trophy race car.

But it will be more like a Cup.

No idea yet on the price but will prob be about 18k.

If I get anymore info Ill let you know, but its all pretty secret at the mo"
So DONT tell anyone!!!!!!!!

The Clio 172 Cup was named because of the racing series the Clio Cup was it not? So surely the Megane would naturally be the Megane Trophy, as thats what the championship is called?

Well just have to wait and see i guess.

Autoexpress said this week RenaultSport will release a Megane Trophy on the 9th March. Didnt think it was a secret, its been talked about on here and other forums since the normal 225 was released.
