i have had my black beast for nearly a year i was over whelmed with the performance of my car. It is a clio sport cup 172 phase 1 2001 plate. Pics on soon unfortunatly not running due to my boy freind blowing her up needs new engine GUTTED !! needs sum tlc due to scratches plus minor dint in quarter panal but stiill looks well. performance is amazing she is running 220bhp engine power to the wheels around 180 bhp working project hopefully back on the road in a few months

180 at the fly is a very healthy figure for a 10 year old 172, had much engine work done to it?

thanks mcgherkin she already was running at 220 bhp wen i bought her but from what i can c it has a ecu remap, samco air filter hose also uprated air filter plus stainless exhaust from cat back

If your Clio is black, unless it's had a full respray I'm afraid it isn't a 172 cup as they only came in blue or silver and were only made from 2002 to 2004 iirc.

That's a rather large bhp increase from those mods, lucky you.
