New toy content ( 2 wheels )

Been looking for a new bike for a while now but couldn't find anything this side of the severn bridge. So when someone phoned about buying my bike this week I was getting worried that I wouldn't find anything or would have to hire a van and travel miles to get one or I would end up without any transport :nono: ( sold the RB last month ).

But yesterday I saw one that I wanted on egay and it was only 25 miles from my house. So guy comes to view my gixxer at 3 30 this afternoon and buys it for a decent price considering the mileage and age.

I get on the phone to the owner of the other bike asked if I could come up to view it, asked if he would end the auction early for the right offer and ended up buying it there and then for a steal, £4000.
Its a 2008 Kawasaki ZX6r with 3300 miles

here's a couple of pics from when I got her home. 1st job is to get rid of that sail on the back that they call the legal sized number plate :rasp:

What a bargain! Looks mint too. I prefer the zx6r in black than green. Very very nice bike mate

Thanks for the comments, really think I've had a bargain as I was looking at 06 plates for 4k just a month or 2 ago. This one was owned by a 25 year old who hadn't passed his test when he bought it and from what i can tell it hasn't been hammered.............yet ;) and even with a worn front tyre the difference between this and my gixxerk4 is huge I'm really impressed with it.

I've just ordered one on ebay , the seller's abroad but feedback shows there shouldn't be a problem. I've gone for the 8x6 as it's not too small

Quality,Not want a 10 ?

did think about one as my insurance would only be £200, I'm only paying £80 now and that's FC with protection ( read old fecker ). For my budget though I'd be looking at an 05 thou ( prob shagged to death ) and wanted something newer, plus a 6 is plenty fast enough for the road.
