New Tyres On 172 Thursday

Hello the front tyres on my 172 are paggered after 11,500 miles...

Having Pirelli PZero Neros fitted on the front for a change, the backs still have about 7 mm of tread on the contis so they are fine.

just wondering what peoples views are on the Pirelli Neros

It will be nice to get things legal and above board once more.....in the rain last weekend it was like riding a bucking bronco thru the puddles on the motor, tramlining and wheelspin and aquaplaning was all in it....quite a rush at 90 lol

What are they like then tumbleweed? As per another post of mine, just changed from Contis to Uniroyal Rainsports. How are the Neros?

Hi Si, having the put on Thursday morning now...i didnt get them on today....

I will post back by saturday what they are like after i have done a hundred or so miles and checked tyre pressures....you should try the contis when they ahave zero tread in the wet, a real handful putting the power down lol
