New wheel's Bolt's to long for them?

bought a set of wheels the other day they came off a seat ibiza, they're 4x100 et 43 15" OZ SuperTurismo. Basically what happens i put them on tighten them all up by hand (the wheel still spins) then when i tighten them up properly the wheel wont turn. I then undone them a few turns and they spin fine again... i think they're catching on the back?

What are my options here then to get around this?

Non-sport?

If so cheap and easy bodge would be to take the brake drum off (that the wheels bolt into), bolt the wheel onto the drum while it is off the car, tighten up all the way so the extra length of bolt is visible from the back,

Now here's where the bodge comes in, use a grinder to cut the excess length off... Re-assemble and done, just make sure everything is tight

Other (read; proper) option is to do step one above and measure the length of bolt protuding, measure the length of your current bolts subtract the difference and buy a set of bolts the correct length

172 cup it is, i guess i'll have to do that or just do the PM stud conversion now as it'll be mainly for the track next year
