Newbie from suffolk

Hello all.

Im looking at getting a mk1 valver, used 2 have 1 bout 5 years ago, had to get rid at the time due 2 my daughter being born, had to be pratical.
Either gonna keep it simple or thinking of a 172 engine swap, is it possible, if so how hard?
Any thoughts or ideas be grateful.

Where in Suffolk you from Fella??

I grew up in Halesworth but have just moved to Norwich,

F4R into a Mk1 has been done a few times and isn't too hard in terms of engine conversions.

Hello mate, im in finningham, bout 6 miles from diss. Gota find a valver first, then depending on funds what im gonna do. 172 swap just a idea as my last valver kept having problems with over heating and blown head gasket.
