Newbie with white 172 dynamique

hello lads.
how is everyone?
im Aaron from leicester

after selling my cupra i moved onto a stripped white 172 engined dynamique.
lovely

does have a few problems such as the rear abs not working as the toothing different(have put a post up)

and also sometimes when going into gear(slowly it feels like its crunching but it doesnt crunch when cold?

sometimes the gears can be nice and hard then sometimes soft.
its not crunching its like when the clutch is far enought down and it catchs when putting into gear sound.
the clutch bite is high enough though?

any ideas on both them?
