That area on my car is covered in the sticky black underseal stuff, did you strip that all off?

I only remove the tar stuff that all, it got clear underseal stuff.

I use AG tar remove & GT85 - great stuff, have you see new car underneath?? Well they are clean no sticky black stuff, when u use the car then the tar come off the roads & stick on to the car. It still strong thick paints underneath

I am guessing you car did not have this and you just have removed a few tar spots rather than a thick layer of black?

yeah could be but it was full of tar on my car when I got it last year
I'm sure it be fine and there no rusts anywhere

Same thing afaik Al - from the web "underseal - seal consisting of a coating of a tar or rubberlike material on the underside of a motor vehicle to protect against/r****d corrosion" which mirrors the coating on my 182.

3M sell it in sprayable cans.
