No idea to be honest mate, i know jack about the DS really, just stumbled across that on www.mess.be

If you are going to do any homebrew on the DS you will need:

A "pass" device
A "media storage device" such as a supercard or a mass media dock, or m3 or whatever
some software

The msn program on there is good, although I havent tried the new version, the previous one was rather flakey and the input sucked.

Hey chaps...anyone know if the ds is region encoded?
If i get a DS in america will it work with uk games?
Is it cart or cd?

All games work on all DS consoles. There are no price fixing I mean region coding.

Hmmm I'm looking for a new game already to supplement the great New Mario and Mario Kart I already own.

I'm very interested in Animal Crossing - is it really good, or just for kids?

I'm struggling to find anywhere to rent games from. Blockbuster seems only to have PSP games

Do game shops still do the "10-day no hassle returns" policy like Electronics Boutique used to do??
