Noise coming from front passenger side wheel area when i take foot off accelerator.

It's worse when im going downhill. Its not loud but its noticable. Its not a continuous noise its more of a interspersed pulsing noise bit like a helecoptor sound. Must be happening once every wheel rotation.
Could it be wheel needs balancing or a warped disc or something?

Could be them, could be the bearing. Take the wheel off, spin it and see if you pin point where the noise is coming from.
