Non-sport Lowering springs what's 2nd best?

I know Sportlines, are the be all and end all, is there a next best thing?

I've heard of Apex being cack.

Thinking of PI or FK springs they seem relatively priced.

Same as why people get Vmaxx over Bilsteins I guess. i.e. the price.
