NOS refil in the midlands, derby area

Anyone no where i can get a nos bottle refilled in the midlands area. I live in Burton on Trent and have not been able to find anyone relitavely close by. Nearest being nuneaton.



BOC wouldnt sell it to me and the guy went mad saying i was a nutcase and that i should have a liceence anyway.

p.md ya. Its legit, think the only thing you have to have a sticker saying you have compressed gas on board
