Whenever a discussion comparing different cars of similar specs to the clio in general, one wild card that most rivals use is; "Renault build quality is bad". Now not wanting to cause a row, but after reading the CTR board which is often compared to the clio, the supposedly superiorly reliable and better built honda seems to have many problems.
I know we have paid very reasonable rates for our cars and seem to admit that the build/reliability is not so good, but when you shell out on something like the CTR youd expect (hope) that itd be faultless. I know i would. Which is why i had a gander at the "faults and fixes" page.
This example in particular seems quite dangerous!

If id trusted honda to have made something with a highly respected build quality and reliability record then id be mightily upset about such problems.....
