not running right!!!

hi all im just looking for some advise .....i just had my 182 serviced yesterday new oil(fully synthetic),new oil filter ,pollen filter she runs ok but not quite right on tickover she runs at 800 ny thought on how to get it running perfect or am i just being an ass???

Did you change the plugs as well?

no my mechanic tells me to change them at 60k im now at 36k
