Nut/fastener/clip that secures heat shield to car???

Basically what are they and where can i get one? has anyone got a spare??

only need 1.

there round with a cross over arms in the middle which go around the thread of the bolt

Cone shaped if looked at side ways.

I just put a tie wrap on the bit that sticks out form the car with a rubber washer from a Grolsh bottle pressed against the heatshield and has been on for over a year now.
