O2 3G iPhone 5C issue

The misuses upgraded from a 4s to a 5c this weekend. Now for some reason she can't use any web services unless on wifi. It's like the 3G has just stopped working. All the settings look to be correct to me. Any suggestions?

Nope, direct with O2.

The O2 carrier settings should update automatically.

Reason i asked re giffgaff is they use O2 carrier but their settings do not ipdate and has to be done manually.

I'd call O2 or google the O2 settings and add them in tbh.
