OBD Codes (4 on the engine fans)

I can't recall all of them but the main one was B1031 and it's not showing a description, just the fault.

Any ideas?

I don't think it's too bad as I havn't really noticed anything before plugging it in yesterday but normally this reader shows a description of the faults but this time only showed to codes
