wheels determine offset not suspension i doubt the wheels are different offset from standard versions if thats what you mean

once you save them if you go to your photo album on the main menu there is an option to export them to your XMB

once you have done that you can either plug a USB stick in and transfer them to PC, I have installed the picasa google gallery thing and you can upload direct from that
