Oil and springs

Just sold my valver and got myself an 02 cup 172. Needs serviced badly and im unsure which is the best oil for them,semi or fully synthetic oil and what brand?Recommendations on plugs and leads and usual would be of great help thanx! Also what are the lowest springs that can be bought for the cup 172, decent brand too. Thanx!

i would use Elf Excellium 5w40 fully synthetic .

can't help on plugs & leads .

as for springs ,lowest i would go on standard shockies is 40mm which Apex do ,just remember the ride will be a lot harsher ,sometimes good to compromise .

Fully synthetic is best realy but if your chgnaging it all the time and an't hammering it questionable value.

Elf pro silkline 5-40 is a popular choice on here and its find for moet people useage.

Stock plugs are fine usualyl for 72k and at the price it only right.

Stock leads are fine.

Lowest springs are a set of worn ones but the ride won't be ideal Eibech would be the best haning ig you r not willing to spend the extra on suspension but not the lowest.
