OIL change on Cup

Anything I should need to know eg hints/tips?

I have done am oil change on different cars but never my cup.

Any advice would be aprecieted (or however you spell it)

did mine on sat (on my mk1 172), agree with matbrown stop eating or find somone with thin arms.
