Assuming you've taken the fuel rail guard off 1st?
Nothing at the mo :(
and be careful when ya take out the filter.. oil can leak all down the front of the engine

I wrap the filter in a rag before undoing it, keeps spillage to a min.
This. It's common sense really. The sump plug key should cost no more than about £5 from a motor factors.
Then to remove the filter either buy / borrow the proper tool to remove it, or if you're feeling pikey just jab a screwdriver through it and use it to twist the filter off.

some times, but most oil filters can be removed by hand if you got some beef on you.
