Oil change time.....

Slightly concerned after reading this thread with no mentiion of Shell Helix ultra 5W - 40.. since ive just bought 5 liters costing £50!

Is this good oil or shall i kiss my engine goodbye :rasp:

I have just bought the new version of Castrol Edge 5w40 from ASDA, 4L for £30 & 1L £10. Thats £14 cheaper than the members price on Opie Oils

so is Valvoline Synpower Fully-Synthetic 5W40 a good oil to be then guys?

I bought my last oil from Carryduff autoparts, cant remember the name but it was highly recomended and not too pricey. Give them a buzz 02890 814048.
