Oil for my turbo

What oil will be better for me in my turbo? 5/40 or 5/50

the car will only be for road use at the moment

im putting together a list of everything im needing to get for my bulit and oils top of the list but dont know what to go for.

also cant decided wether to run a oil cooler or not (didnt have one on the last engine but going to have more power now)

5/40 would be fine, same is used in r26 meganes

thats what i used the last time, just wasnt sure with it going to running more power and guessing higher temps

I use 5/40 in mine. Unless you're doing track days i don't think an oil cooler is necessary, although it's never gonna harm getting a thermostatic one.
