Oil Gauge & Cold Weather?

Car  1.6 Ford Focus
This isn't such a problem... I hope... but I jumped in my Ph1 earlier and the oil guage stayed in the position it would be in with the ignition off. It took 10 mins or so for it to start working... the same thing happened on my way home.

Has anyone else had this before? It's probably just because its a cold start but there's no harm in checking it out.

Yeah, that's what I meant :rasp:

Its the gauge to the right of the petrol gauge.
