Oil in exhaust fumes

Hello all,
Got a slight problem with my 2002 Clio Sport. Came to start it this morning to find it juddering on tick over. And then, when i reved it, excessive white smoke with traces of oil left on my drive was discovered.
Plus, oil left on my drive below my engine.

Not too sure what it may be yet, but could it be headgasket?
Any help would be very much appriciated!

Could be one of the coil packs starting to go. Try not to use it more than necessary if it is still juddering when actually driving as it will kill the cat. If you in the AA they apparently carry spares in the van. Good luck

i have tried to start the car on basically empty after leaving it for over 24 hours, could this be the problem?
