oil issues

hey guys heres the story......i have just replaced the head gasket and cam belt on my 1.4 8v (2000 reg) however i keep gettin the oil light coming on and the tappets are making a hell of alot of noise.... so i replaced the head again after my father in law said to check the oil ways and see if the gasket was wrong/imperfect.... so i changed it again and i still have the same thing?! i have also changed the oil filter and the oil (of course i have drained the car everytime i have done the head) any ideas what it could be, im hoping its not a nakered oil pump any advice would be very welcomed!

i got this going on a mo, let me guess, wont hold any oil pressure when oil starts to get hot?

if so looks like an oil pump. thats what im changing this morning.
