Oil leak found



Only has it done today so will check the drive tomorrow

The leak tended to be be near the drivers wheel area on the drive

rocker cover bolts maybe?

doesn't sound like they know the engine very well if they don't recognise the factory fit leaking rocker cover :p

The F4R is the engine mate, just the engines code.

and it's a cambelt of job to fix it properly. You might get away with removing bolts and applying a bit of sealer for a while, but it'll deteriorate again eventually

the special tool from renault to apply the sealer (and i'm not joking here) is a plastic tray and a foam paint roller, same as what you can buy in B&Q!!
