Oil + Spark Plugs = ?

Right guys,

I'm swapping the spark plugs this week and have found there to be oil all around the spark plug thread, doesn't seem to be at the tip only around the thread.

Is this normal?

Sorry if its a totally silly question just not sure I've seen a spark plug with this much oil around the thread.

What causes the above?

usually overspill from oil fill up / top up, wouldn't worry unless it excessive and across all 4. (usually one closest to oil filler cap that suffers worst

All 4 have oil around the thread.

When I had the cambelt done, I had the rocker cover checked and sealed (Around 800miles ago).

This is the spark plug nearest the passenger side:
